WHO WE ARE

ECC Fit Out and Construction is a division of ECC Group that was established in 2014 to focus on bespoke residential and commercial projects in the UAE. Offering a 360 service for all fit-out and construction requirements, we provide our Clients with a tailored service to suit their needs from inception to completion. Through our extensive network, we can also propose design teams directly to our Clients or offer complete Design and Build services.

We appreciate and understand the frustrations and hurdles of design, approval, and construction. Our priority is to provide you with a smooth, hassle-free experience and deliver exceptional quality at an affordable price.

To date, the company has delivered a total of 891,000 Sq. Ft. across 207 projects. Residential accounts for 280,116 Sq. Ft. across 144 projects valued at over AED 120.3 million, Commercial accounts for 235,000 Sq. Ft. across 48 projects valued at over 6.7 million, and Industrial accounts for 236,000 Sq. Ft. across 12 projects valued at over 63 million.

MANAGEMENT

Our Project Managers are highly trained professionals who have a wide breadth of experience in commercial and residential projects and are heavily focused on executing the work in a manner which eliminates all the usual construction hassles whilst ensuring the clients wishes are always satisfied at every stage of the process.

CIAN FARAH

Director

Cian Farah is the ECC Group Director responsible for ECC Fit-Out and Construction, a role he has held since 2014. Cian is responsible for the company's overall growth and performance. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for ECC Group.

Under Cian’s leadership, ECC Fit-Out has succeeded in carrying out its business model of delivering bespoke solutions to its Clients in the Fit-Out and Construction industry for both residential and commercial projects in the UAE. The company has grown organically within the existing framework of the larger contracting company Engineering Contracting Company, adhering to all of its policies and procedures to ensure the group’s reputation is upheld. To date the company has delivered 891,000 sq. ft. valued at 349 Million AED.

Cian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with nine years of experience in the Property Development Industry and is also a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management (2008) and obtaining a Master of Science degree in Real Estate (2009), he spent five years working in commercial & residential development in the UK with U&I Group PLC (formally Development Securities PLC), before joining ECC Group.

Raneesh Mundon is a Projects Manager of ECC Fit-out & Construction since 2015 with total 15 years of construction industry experience. Raneesh has successfully completed almost 170 projects in ECC Fit-out and Construction with different sectors of commercial, residential & industrial. Raneesh is responsible for Commercial aspects of the business as well the delivery of the projects. He is a specialist in fast track delivery projects.

Raneesh has successfully completed various projects for national and international client’s such as Amazon, UP Fitness, Emaar, AL Futtaim Motors, Dusit residence, LACASA Arch. etc.

Commercial & Operations Manager

Kamel Ibrahim is the ECC Fit-out & Construction Projects Manager, boasting over 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry who puts in all his efforts and managerial skills to ensure the success of the projects.

Kamel demonstrates a strong background in construction and technical expertise, with a notable specialization in fit-out and fast-track projects. Kamel has completed +100 luxury projects encompassing residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Mr. Arqam Abubaker - Fit-Out Finishing Manager.jpg

Arqam Abubaker is a Fit-out & Construction Finishing Manager , with over 9 years of experience in major construction projects with ECC and ECC Fit-out & Construction . He specializes in managing and executing high-end finishes, delivering quality fit-out projects.

Arqam has successfully handed over various projects for industry leaders such as Emaar, Dubai Properties, Amazon, DIRC and more.
